Renew Rental - FAQ's
   
What if I extend my rental period, can I still rent to buy?
Yes but only the rent paid in the first 3 or 6 month period is deducted from the Normal Price
   
What if I extend my rental period, do I have to buy?
No, you can extend any rental for as long as you like. Please call us to extend rental then call us again one week before rental end to organise free pickup
   
I'm interested in buying after renting, is the machine new?

Most machines are in good clean condition.

   
What are the Delivery/Pickup costs?
$35 Delivery/ Free Pickup costs payable when we deliver your treadmill. (extra charges apply for outside of normal delivery area - see delivery area maps)
   
I work full time, do you deliver/pickup after hours?

I'm interested in Rent to Buy, how does this work?
You can Rent to Buy during a 3 or 6 month rental period. If you decide to buy, let us know. You pay: Normal Price less rent paid.
   
What renewal options do I have after the initial rental time?
You can renew monthly or quarterly. If you renew quarterly, you will get the 7th month for free (2nd quarter only).
   
How do I organise pickup/rental renewal?

What if my house is outside of the Delivery areas indicated on the maps?

For Purchase/Rent: If you are within 50kms from our delivery area borders indicated on the maps (delivery page) then send contact request for delivery price.

What Brand are theTreadmills? We manufacture, supply & support our own Ezy Gym branded quality treadmills. Each treadmilll is built to our demanding specifications.
   
What is Treadmill Warranty period?
1 year Parts & Labour. All repairs & parts available 'in-house' within delivery areas.
   
Are treadmills noisy?
No. Modern technology and construction techniques make these treadmills some of the quietest on the market. The baby can sleep in peace!
   
How do you maintain them?
They are designed to be low maintenance. If you wear clean running shoes every time you use the treadmill and keep it in a clean dustfree environment you will get many years trouble free use.
   
What is the incline of Fit 100?
3.5 degrees ... this is a manual incline. Stop the treadmill then adjust using the incline handles at the end of the running platform.
   
Can I put the treadmill outdoors under cover?
No, for safety and general maintenance the machine must be kept indoors in a dry, dustfree environment.
   
What do I do if there is something wrong with the treadmill?
Please do not use the machine, contact us as soon as you suspect that something is not right. We will attempt to find out if it is a fault then organise a prompt solution.
   
Are the Machines setup when delivered?
All rental equipment is setup when delivered. Purchased equipment is boxed & may incur a setup fee if so desired.
   
What do I do if the belt is slipping or moving off centre?
Please tighten the belt with L key (please see manual for details).

What is the $9.90/week rental option? This offer applies to the Fit 100. If you rent for two quarters (6 months) you will get another month free (7 months rental for the price of 6!) - 2 X $150 for 30 weeks
   
Can I rent weekly? No.. the minimum rental term is 3 months with 1 or 3 month extension options.
   
What do I need to rent?
You need to be a Permanent Resident of Australia and have one form of Photo ID (Licence, Passport or 18+ Card). You must have a good credit rating.
